Q: I’ve Been Reaching Out! How can I get a hold of you?

We (Savvy Unltd.) are open Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 5:30pm Central Standard time. When you contact us at (Please allow 24 hours for a response).

Q: I have a promo code, how do I use it?

All promo codes must be input at the time of checkout by the customer. Our system will not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We cannot apply any promo codes to prior purchases.

Q: HELP, I have a problem with my order! What should I do?

If you have placed your order online and are currently experiencing a problem please contact us via INFO@SAVVYUNLIMITED.COM. Please provide your order number and explain your problem in detail.

Q: Why can’t I add this shoe to my shopping cart?

SAY WWWHHAAATTTT!!! Chances are we’re sold out at the moment! Please check back soon! If we do not receive that exact style again, we will be receiving other selections for you to choose from soon!

Q: How do your shoes run?

Our sizes are based as US sizes. Please keep in mind that this is only a suggestion we understand that everyone’s foot size is different & your selection will be made upon personal preference.

Q: What are your forms of payment?

We accept Apple Pay; any major credit & debit/credit card thru PayPal for security reasons!

Q: I REALLY REALLY WANT this shoe but you’re sold out, when will you restock?

We at (Savvy Unltd.) would like to provide you with a timeframe for all restock, unfortunately we cannot! But DON’T FRET!! If we do not bring back your favorite shoe, we will be bringing other selections to choose from very soon!

Q: Can I be contacted if a certain style is restocked?

Q: Do you ship orders in it’s original boxes?

No, but if you would like the original boxes, please make sure to place your request in the customer order notes at checkout or email ASAP!
